Shipping policy

OHMYDAISY offers delivery across all Malaysian states.

Delivery costs

We offer a flat rate shipping to:

  • East Malaysia - MYR15.00 
  • West Malaysia - MYR10.00

Shipments are sent every Tuesdays & Saturdays, excluding public holidays.

Order Processing Time

Your shipment will be sent once your order has been processed. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed before it is ready for delivery. Note that our order process is ensuring payment is verified and processed accordingly, before ensuring your goods are well packaged and ready for delivery. 

Please take into consideration the order processing time frame and the shipment days. (Shipments are sent every Tuesdays & Saturdays, excluding public holidays).

While we endeavour to get your orders out to you as soon as possible, unfortunately we do not have control over courier handling process and delivery time frame. The shipping company will be the responsible party for the delivery of your goods.

Shipping Policy

  1. By placing an order with OHMYDAISY, you acknowledge and accept all the shipping and Refund Policy. 
  2. OHMYDAISY will not be held responsible for any risks associated with the of loss or damage of goods in transit.
  3. OHMYDAISY will not be held responsible if the designated shipping company is unable to complete delivery due to: 
    • incomplete or inaccurate address information provided by the customer or;
    • if the goods is lost due to there being no recipient at the designated address or;
    • if the goods is stolen or damaged in transit or;
    • if the recipient rejects/refuse the goods at time of delivery. If you decide to reject/refuse the delivery, the customer is responsible for all fees charged by the shipping company - both for the re-delivery of the goods to the customer and for the the cost of the return of the goods back to us.
