What information do we collect?

OHMYDAISY is committed to protecting your personal information. It’s your information, and we respect that. We only collect the information that’s necessary to carry out our business, provide the particular service you’ve requested and to keep you up to date about all the latest exciting OHMYDAISY news or where we have express permission from you to do so.

Please note that this Privacy Policy only applies to personal information obtained by us – not information collected from your interactions with third parties.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission. 

Why we collect your personal information?

At OHMYDAISY we like to get to know our customers – after all, this is how we find new ways to provide you with an extraordinary experience. We use information about you in a number of ways, including providing the services that you have requested, offering you a personalised experience and informing you about special events or exciting OHMYDAISY news. If you have made a purchase from our store we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers or get in touch with you in regards to your order via e-mail, post & telephone.

If you do not wish to continue to receive marketing from us and/or selected third parties, you can email us at hello@ohmydaisy.com.au to opt-out of any marketing you receive from us.

How do we use your personal information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
